慢煮鰹魚濃湯豬軟骨第二部曲就是將這其變成豬軟骨濃湯烏冬!

做法非常簡單,先將烏冬和無添加鰹魚湯煮好,然後將烏冬先撈起放在碗內並放上豬軟骨和洋蔥,然後加入大約3小湯殼濃汁,再將鰹魚湯淋上,即成。

建議大家可以先將濃湯豬軟骨分成幾小份,然後利用foodsaver包裝好再放入冰櫃存放,這樣就可以隨時隨地都有應急美食供應啊!

隨個人喜好可以加入蔥絲、蔥粒。
