[甜點] 天然海邊cafe蜂蜜柚子

曾經在韓國通仁市場嘗試過類似的柚子汁,不過價格頗貴,始終用料天然成本高。自己做的話其實不難而且成本低還可以控制糖分,在花園品嚐的話還有點身在海邊cafe的感覺啊!

材料:
– 1個凍西柚
– 2茶匙蜜糖

做法:
1. 先將西柚頂部切開,然後利用彎形西柚刀小心去肉,記得要保留西柚殼完整。
2. 將西柚肉去皮去衣然後放入攪拌機內,加入蜜糖攪勻。
3.小心將蜂蜜柚子汁倒進西柚殼內,將西柚頂部用牙籤固定好然後再用薄荷葉裝飾。
